民國51年，城鄉的建構持續進行中，當時台灣的鋼材物料主要仰賴外國鋼廠供應，著眼於此，本公司克服萬難取得國際知名鋼廠的無縫鋼管產品貿易經銷代理權，及國內各知名協力廠商之配合，先後成立高鋒貿易股份有限公司、華西昌企業股份有限公司(前身為高源鋼鐵股份有限公司)、及高鐵國際貿易有限公司(上海)。

In 1962, the ongoing development in Taiwan relied on the supply of steel through overseas networks. Due to this demand, our team, aided by reputable local manufacturers, has acquired the right of distribution for seamless steel pipe products from numerous world famous steelworks, resulting in the establishment of Kao Hong Trading Co., Ltd., Hua Hsi Chang Enterprise Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Gaoyuan Steel Co., Ltd.), and our Shanghai base, Kao Steel International Trading Co., Ltd.

產品分工多元化之選擇以為當前之趨勢，為因應不同客戶的需求，本公司已由供應工業配管、消防用管、鋼結構用管經營至大口徑水管，也包含鍍鋅、PE包覆、噴砂、塗裝及代客剪裁等加工服務項目。

Due to the current trend of product fragmentation and diversification, the client’s demands are met by our wide selection of products ranging from industrial pipes, fire fighting pipes, and steel structural pipes. Not only does our team provide hardware, we also have experience in fabrication and processing of large diameter water pipes, and are currently offering processing services such as galvanizing, PE coating, sand blasting, painting and cutting.

經歷四十多年來，長期供應國內、外石化業、鋼結構業、建築業及國家重大公共工程所需之鋼管，產品持有ISO、API及LR等認證，並另外致力於大口徑水管加工製程與多項水庫、疏洪大圳擴建及汰舊換新之管線工程，已深受使用者肯定，並廣獲好評。

We have been supplying steel pipes for local and foreign petrochemical industries, steel structure industries, building industries and state run engineering projects for over four decades, with much recognition and praise from our customers. Our products carry certifications from ISO, API and LR, and can be found in numerous reservoir pipeline networks. We are also heavily involved in dredging operations, dam pipeline expansions and replacements.
